Processing times: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping method: We work alongside Australia post for deliveries. Please see below estimated shipping times. (Within Australia)

Delays: Once dispatched, shipping times are out of our control. Delays due to postal services, peak seasons, or unforeseen events are not out responsibility, but we’ll always support you in tracking your parcel.
Lost/ Damaged parcels: Unfortunately, The Lash Life society does not take any responsibility for lost/Damaged/ Stolen parcels this will need to be dealt with Australia Post.
Returns / Refund policy
At The Lash Life Society, we follow the Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a replacement, or refund if your ITEM is:
